In our coping with a finite life is the human desire to leave a mark, to touch timelessness, to find permanence. Physicists tell us that entropy and evolution will eventually lead us and all else down the path to nonexistence. But we do not need scientists to tell us that our time here is limited. Making sense of the world is an inquiry put upon all of us however varied our paths may be.

I am a visual artist with a BFA in Studio Art, living in Boston, Massachusetts. I work in a variety of mediums including large and medium format photography, painting and mixed media. My work revolves around the transient. Those fleeting moments of sublimity revealing evidence of one’s existence. I look for the mark of human touch and am preoccupied with our ability to see both past and future.
